Hi there -Welcome to GroupCollect!

If you're here trying to identify a payment on your credit card or bank statement, we're here to help!

Here's the first big question:

Have you recently registered yourself or someone else for a group travel experience? Or maybe a spouse or family member has?

If so, the payment in question is more than likely for that upcoming group trip.

What Is GroupCollect?

Travel companies use our system to collect registration information and take payments online for the group travel experiences they provide. If you've come across an unfamiliar charge on your credit card statement from grcoll.co, don't worry — we're here to help.

Why Am I Being Charged?

Let's say you've registered your child for a class trip to Washington D.C. with ABC Travel. If ABC Travel uses GroupCollect as their registration and payment platform, your payment would've been processed by means of our system.

The description on your bank statement would look something like this:

I Still Have Questions... Who Can I Talk To?

We understand all this can be pretty complex.

Please click the contact button if you have any lingering questions about GroupCollect or a specific payment.

Our customer care team (made of real, live people!) will respond as soon as they possibly can. Their office hours are 8:00 AM-6:00 PM est. Monday through Friday.

If you have questions about your upcoming trip, contact your group leader.

A Group Leader could be a teacher in charge of planning a trip, your marching band director, travel club president, etc. If your trip is being organized by a professional tour operator company, you may also reach out to them for more information as well. We hope this helps!
